검찰, ‘수면제 비대면 처방·대리 수령’ 싸이 약식기소_我的网站

一 |     <사진=뉴스1> 가수 싸이가 향정신성의약품을 비대면으로 처방받고 매니저를 통해 대리 수령한 혐의로 약식기소된 것으로 파악됐습니다.서울서부지검은 지난달 22일 의료법 위반 혐의로 싸이와 서울 소재 대학병원 교수 A 씨를 약식기소했다고 오늘(26일) 밝혔습니다.또 함께 검찰에 넘겨진 의료진과 매니저 등 나머지 4명은 기소유예 처분을 받았습니다. 싸이 등에 대한 법원의 약식명령은 아직 나오지 않은 것으로 전해졌습니다.약식기소는 검찰이 정식 재판 없이 서면 심리만으로 벌금·과료 등 재산형을 내려달라고 법원에 청구하는 절차로, 피고인은 법원의 약식명령에 불복할 경우 정식재판을 청구할 수 있습니다.싸이는 지난 2022년부터 지난해까지 서울의 한 대학병원에서 향정신성의약품을 대면 진료 없이 처방받고 매니저 등에게 대리 수령하게 한 혐의를 받습니다.A 씨에게는 박 씨를 직접 대면 진찰하지 않고 해당 약품을 처방한 혐의가 적용됐습니다.앞서 서울 서대문경찰서는 압수수색을 통해 해당 병원의 진료 기록을 확보하는 등 수사를 벌인 뒤 지난 5월 29일 싸이와 A 교수, 매니저 등 6명을 의료법 위반 혐의로 서울서부지검에 송치했습니다.。    Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Raj Nidimoru entered wedlock a few days ago! Samantha worked with Raj for projects like The Family Man and Citadel: Honey Bunny. She knew his rich experience as a producer will come in handy in bringing down the cost of her production ventures. So going forward, we can see Raj would be credited as ‘producer’ for all Samantha’s films. On the other hand, Raj continues to work on his own web series in collaboration with DK (aka Krishna Dasarakothapalli). The duo reportedly has a couple of Hindi web shows lined up, apart from two theatrical releases.          Sam-Raj to continue work from Hyderabad     While Samantha and Raj have a residence in Mumbai, they continue to operate from Hyderabad where they also have a home. Both of them are set to return home shortly and resume work for their respective projects. Samantha is also in talks to headline a couple of Telugu films. It is being speculated that she is likely to announce them shortly.
